The best translators need a good understanding of a source language as well as familiarity with the subject matter and the ability to express ideas clearly in their native language.
We focus on all these abilities in our selection of translators and recruit our people based on international industry standards. Our editors check the first 40,000 words done by new translators who have passed a company qualification test. We continue to refine our translators through training based on their professional backgrounds. We regularly assess each translator’s performance and use these evaluations as part of our incentive system.
